Copenhagen Bike

- Winner of 2nd prize in international competition.

COBI - Copenhagen Bike is a new system for a public city bike. The bike features a low unisex, unisize aluminum frame stripped down to it's essential components to provide a robust, low maintenance and contemporary biking experience.

The parking stands are retrofitted existing stands to save on resources and all bike components are made from recycled materials.
The bike features a unique integrated locking system operated by a touch lcd-display. It also features a GPS unit and RFID reader. It is operated by a central system which can be accessed via the parking stands, the web, by sms or via iphone for maximum convenience.
