Botanical Research Laboratory for Kew Gardens, London
Situated on it’s own little island right outside Kew Botanical Garden the building is a research centre for botanic.
Responding to different levels of security for known and unknown plant strains, the centre sits isolated in the Thames river. An outer shell provides protection and the inside laboratories consists of a laboratory research building, visitors centre and research pods. The research garden in the centre is under constant observation and divided into various zones of security.
